Casa Mingo abrió sus puertas en 1888, es la decana de las sidrerías de Madrid y posiblemente de todas las existentes en España. Se levanta en un lugar muy agradable que fue Real Sitio a la ribera del Manzanares.

Sus gruesos muros han visto el paso de tres siglos con la misma actividad de restauración. La decoración mantiene las características principales de sus primeros tiempos, con maderas, barricas o botellas.

La sidra de Casa Mingo, se elabora a partir de manzana asturiana de Villaviciosa en sus propias instalaciones. La sidra pasa directamente de la fábrica a la mesa.´
